Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with iGen. We want to ensure you have a transparent and secure experience with our supplements.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

1. Eligibility for Returns (Supplement & Food Safety)

Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations for dietary supplements, we cannot accept returns on any product that has been opened, unsealed, or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Completely unopened and unused, with the original protective neck seal and/or inner seal intact.

In its original packaging and in the exact same condition that you received it.

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Process & Shipping Costs

To start a return, you must contact us first at Support@igennutrition.com.

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Returns must be sent to the specific address provided by our support team upon approval. Do not send your purchase back to the address on the shipping label or any unauthorized address without prior confirmation from us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will strictly not be accepted.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

3. Damages, Defectives, and Fulfillment Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at Support@igennutrition.com if the item is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong product.

To help us evaluate and resolve the issue quickly with our manufacturing partners, please include:

Your order number.

Clear photos of the damaged/wrong item and the shipping packaging.

If the mistake is ours or due to a manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement or credit at no additional cost to you.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns for:

Products that have been opened, unsealed, or sampled.

Final sale items, promotional bundles, or digital gift cards.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the unopened item you have, and once the return is accepted and processed, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. However, the same safety standards apply: the item must be completely unopened, unused, with all seals intact, and in its original packaging.

7. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved based on the seal inspection.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
