Thank you for choosing iGen. We are committed to delivering our premium supplement formulas to your doorstep. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing your order, as all purchases are subject to the terms outlined below.
1. Processing Times
All orders are typically processed and prepared within 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) by our specialized fulfillment network.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking tracking number once your package has been handed over to the carrier. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.
2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Windows
Please note: All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are strictly estimates and are not guaranteed.
Actual transit times may vary significantly depending on your geographic location, carrier logistics, weather conditions, or customs processing. iGen is not legally liable or financially responsible for any delivery delays caused by shipping carriers or third-party logistics.
3. International Shipping, Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship to multiple destinations, including the United States, Canada, and select international regions.
For orders crossing international borders (including shipments into Canada), the customer is solely responsible for any and all import duties, customs fees, taxes, or clearance brokerage charges imposed by your local customs authority. These additional fees are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
We cannot control or predict customs delays, and we are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or confiscated by customs authorities.
4. Transfer of Risk and Lost Packages
Once a shipment is transferred from our fulfillment facility to the shipping carrier (such as USPS, DHL, or Canada Post), the ownership, legal title, and risk of loss pass entirely to you, the customer.
If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, or if a package is lost in transit by the carrier, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. iGen does not issue refunds or free replacements for packages marked as delivered or lost by the carrier.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout.
We are unable to modify, redirect, or cancel shipments once they have been processed. If a package is returned to us or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the item, and no refunds will be issued for the original order.
